Finding the right person to do the job is our top priority at Kinnect Support Services. We have an extensive recruitment process that is clearly reflected in the quality of candidates we select. During this time, we take a very detailed look at a pool of candidates who are qualified, and also provide training at no cost to the employer. We want to ensure that the support staff we provide are adequately prepared the moment they step foot in your agency.

• All care providers hold College diplomas or University degrees

• All care providers hold CPR and First Aid certificates and are WHIMIS trained

• Staff are hired on as employees and not contract workers

• Accredited CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention), UMAB, and Safe management certified facilitator for all our care providers.

• We provide mandatory training towards shelter standards; quality prepare them for fieldwork

We also provide our partners with shadow training at no cost to the employer, to ensure the smoothest transition possible. We provide care providers with information that is pertinent to their success as support staff, ensuring they learn about the programs, duties, and demographics at each agency.
